Using Blackjack Examiner
Blackjack Examiner is designed to systematise the complex process of
documenting and entering the various house rules and systems of play that are
being tested. The house rules are entered under the House Strategy Tab,
along with the dealer strategy.
The player's
account management (tripling, percentage, flat betting; cash reserve etc.) is
entered under the Accounting Tab.
The player strategy is entered
under the Player Strategy Tab. The following picture shows the Player Strategy Tab.
As you can see, there
is the option to enter a simple system, test a system with a particular hand to
determine the best play for that particular hand, or test the performance of a
"basic strategy" using the Basic Tactics Option. All you have to do to test your
system once entered, is click the Start Button. At any time during a
test, you can click the Stop Button to halt the test. Any further help
can be obtained simply by leaving the mouse pointer over the item in question
and a tool tip box will appear with a brief explanation.
As you can see, Blackjack Examiner is a powerful tool for the testing of
blackjack strategy.
