Using IQ Power
Considering the complexity of some of the test problems, the user interface for IQ Power is amazingly simple.
Apart from the Help button, there are only three answer buttons. All you have to do is read the statement, click the Help button if you need to check the correct functional reductions, and when you have worked out the best description for that statement, click the corresponding answer button.
As you are not being tested on knowledge, but on the complexity with which you can apply that knowledge, referencing the help only serves to improve the accuracy of the test by reducing errors that have nothing to do with intelligence (such as whether or not you know that "2 FOR 1 = 2"). This makes the test repeatable and variations in subsequent test results are thus meaningful.
